Los Molcajetes started 41-years ago, 1979, by Sra. Maria Luisa in Los Angeles California. With the help of her son Juan, Los Molcajetes became a family owned business and has been operating for three generations.


Now in Fontana, among other locations in Los Angeles, we are proudly servicing all of Southern California. Since 1979, we've been sharing with our customers our family traditions  - starting with our recipes -  that have been perfected over generations.
